I have both MS and fibromyalgia so sometimes I have troubles with washing my hair (my fingers feels like balloons or sausages and I can´t use them properly) so I have a bunch of crocheted helpers that I just pop in the washer every week. But they are looking a bit dull now so I have plans on crocheting some new ones so cottonyarn would be very loved here :)

  167. Happy Easter to you, I hope you have a wonderful time with your family. Cotton making is something I'm quite new to, I have always made with wool, however I love making dish cloths, not very exotic I know, but practical and I also love the beautiful creations from Julie, of little cotton rabbits, I have a number of her patterns and they knit up beautifully, the cotton is just perfect. xxBrenda

  168. Hi Jules,
I love to make dish cloths, face washers and cleaning cloths with cotton. I use different colours for different uses. I also like little loosely knitted cotton tops in summer. I have also just recently made little squares about 15 sts x about 15 rows to make eye makeup remover pads, that I can just throw in the wash so easily.
Hope your weather is as beautiful down there for easter as our is up in coastal N.S.W.
    Blessings Gail.

  169. I love using the Heirloom Cottons - they are great for garlands to add to gifts for my daughters, nieces and friends. I have also made lovely snuggly bunnies for charities. These great colours in such a soft yarn are perfect for toys that will get a lot of loving!

  172. Perfect colours and perfect timing to make a Beach Hut cushion with multi coloured bunting! It will be finished in time for summer in the garden. Thank you for being so generous and offering such pretty colours in that lovely soft cotton. I've made one of these cushions before in cotton and would love to make a new one for this year. Any leftovers could make a pincushion, I love yours and get much inspiration from your blog, thank you. Fingers crossed!

  174. My favourite things to make with coloured cotton are top down raglan summer tops for my granddaughters. Small quantities get made into knitted yokes to be attached to cute funky fabrics for sundresses for the youngest granddaughter.

  178. I would love to make myself some new dishcloths - I used to think it was a waste of lovely cotton, but it sure makes the dreary process of washing dishes much more enjoyable! (as well as hanging out the washing!)

  180. I'm completely new to corcheting, I've only attempted a few patterns so far and they've turned out OK. I'd love to try cotton to make some kind of bunting for my newly decorated kitchen! Kim x hello@eatsleepbakerepeat.com
