Finishing things

 Hello there

oops.... missed  a post yesterday, so I'm already a bit behind for Blogtober, must try to catch up with an extra post at some stage.

Thank you for all the lovely comments left for my last post, it seems lots of people have been through the same experience and feel the same way as  do, it really is a small world, no matter where we live the same human stories are being played out.

Today I am looking at the pincushions I have made recently and am hoping to link them up into a nice hanging garland.  I was thinking of making a mobile out of them, but couldn't quite figure out how to start, and my sister suggested just making long single strand of flowers, that sounds good, so I am going to do that.  Hoping it will look pretty.

Soooo.... pictures coming soon so you can check out how it finished up!

Have a great day!

  2. Those pincushions are just adorable! They would look so sweet in a garland. They're so cute, I don't think I'd want to stick pins in them!

  3. Very pretty pincushions. They will look great whatever you do with them.

You are so fortunate to have your grandfather in your life. My Pappaw died before I was born and my Grandfather died when I was about 2; both grandmothers are gone now. What a blessing to have your grandfather around at the age of 93. I imagine it would be hard to go through all his things and pare it down. I look around at all I have and think I really need to clean it up because if something were to happen, I'd hate for someone to have that job. We definitely accumulate much more than we really need.

Wishing you all the best, Tammy
