Weekly stills....

1. Washcloth swap ready to post, it's fun putting a little pressie together for someone you only know through a blog!

2. A new colour combo for another washer, I am trying to decide what big project to make next, and in the meantime I am hooking up lots of washers!

3. The crab apple doing its glorious blossomy thing.  This is it's time of year to shine!

4. Summer veg seeds have germinated and are starting to take off.

5.  At least the cat can enjoy my weedy beds, time to clean them up and get planting for Summer.

6. After school at our place.

7.  Stacks of wooly colour, I've been busy winding away for the star kits ( many thanks to the lovely peeps who have ordered one xxxxx :) ) .

I'm running a bit late with my weekly stills, but I'm joining in anyway over with the others at

  1. Over a family lunch on Sunday we were all talking about the different tomato varieties we've grown this summer, I told them about the colourful you plan to grow. The magic of blogging Jules....! :-)

  6. I love your blog and follow every week :) I am seeking a little advice on the tapestry crochet if you wouldn't mind. I have been crocheting for 10 years, but pretty novice when it comes to tapestry crochet. Have you ever tried a heart pattern and do you think it would be pliable enough to gather into a hat? I love and want to make this hat (http://tanisfiberarts.blogspot.com/2011/02/im-in-sock-mode.html) but it is knit :( I am thinking the tapestry would provide the basic skills to get the look though :) Thanks for your advice in advance!
